JUDGEMENT

(1.) The following order was passed by this Court on 18 November 2020:

(2.) The petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973, being S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous (Petition) No 4766/2020, for quashing the FIR is pending before the High Court. We accordingly request the High Court to dispose of the quashing petition expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date on which a certified copy of this order is placed on the record before the Single Judge.

(3.) The order dated 18 November 2020 granting an interim stay of arrest shall continue to remain in operation until the petition is disposed of by the High Court.
