(2.) This appeal is directed against the judgment and order passed by the High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan at Jaipur Bench, Jaipur in S.B.Criminal Misc.Petition No.931 of 2009 dated 6.8.2010.

(3.) The respondent herein had filed a petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Code') for quashing of F.I.R.No.110 of 2004, registered for the alleged offences under Sections 7,8, 10, 13(1)(a) & 13(1) (d)(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and Sections 466, 471 & 120-B of the Indian Penal Code by the Special Police Station, Rajasthan State Anti Corruption Bureau, Jaipur.
