JUDGEMENT

(1.) In this petition, the Petitioners have made the following prayer:

Declare the notification bearing No. Aca.I/2011-12 issued by the University of Delhi dt. 19.4.11 prescribing the admission process/ policy/ guidelines for the under-graduate students admission process to be followed in Academic Session 2011-12 for OBC candidates being vague, unclear and not in accordance with the requirement of reliefs prayed in Para 1 of the prayer herein.

(3.) Issue a fresh notification for Undergraduate Students admission process to be followed in the Academic Session 2011-12 incorporating clear terms for complying with the prayer made in Para 1 and 2 herein prayed in the writ petition before the admission process is started.
