JUDGEMENT

(1.) WITHOUT going into the merits, in view of the fact that the cases were disposed of ex -parte by the Tribunal, we allow these appeals, set aside the impugned order of the Tribunal and direct that the cases be decided by the Tribunal again within four months from today if possible. No adjournment at the request of the appellants will be granted. The pendency of the appeals before the Tribunal will not prejudice the right of the respondent to recover the dues from the appellants.
