(2.) We have heard Mr. Jaspal Singh, learned senior counsel for the appellant and Mr. R. K. Jain, learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent.

(3.) The State of Uttar Pradesh has filed this appeal assailing the order passed by the Allahabad High Court on 25th May, 2001 in Criminal Bail Application No. 7080 of 2001 in which the learned single Judge granted the bail to the accused-respondent herein on medical grounds with certain conditions.
