JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned Counsel for the respondent submits that the Customs Excise and Gold (Control) appellate Tribunal has finally heard the appeal on 29th and 30th March, 2001 and after hearing the arguments has reserved orders in the appeal. In this view of the matter, nothing survives in this special leave petition, which is directed against an interim order. The special leave petition is, accordingly, dismissed. Appeal dismissed.
