(2.) LEAVE granted. Appellant stands convicted under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code and has been sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for two years as per the impugned order before us. It is now reported that appellant has come to terms with the prosecutrix-victim. An application has been filed seeking permission to compound the offence. Learned Counsel appearing for the prosecutrix submitted that it is a fact that she also had come to terms with the convicted person. Accordingly, we grant permission for compounding the offence.
