JUDGEMENT

(1.) Through this application, the applicant seeks modification of our order dated 23/03/2001 to a limited extent.

(2.) By our order dated 23/03/2001, we had accepted the scheme proposed by the director general of health services with certain modifications with regard to SI. Nos. 06, 07 and 08. The modification made by us to that scheme reads as follows:

(3.) The proposed revised schedule is to be effective from the academic year 2002.
