JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that since there was no interim protection in terms of the order dated 19 th September, 2019, the petitioner was arrested and subsequently granted regular bail and thus, this petition has become infructuous.

(2.) The special leave petition stands disposed of as having become infructuous.

(3.) Pending application shall also stand disposed of.
