JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Court is convened through Video Conferencing.

(2.) The issue raised in the instant petition, preferred under Article 32 of the Constitution, relates to One Nation One Ration Card Scheme, framed by the Central Government which was going to start from June, 2020.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that in view of the pandemic of Covid-19, the said Scheme should be implemented forthwith to benefit the migrant workers.
