JUDGEMENT

(1.) By Order dated 12th July, 2010, this Court had directed requisite information to be supplied in the prescribed formats to the Monitoring Committee for being placed before the Court.

(2.) On 13th September, 2010, this Court noticed that fourteen States have not given information in Formats 'B' and 'D'. Therefore, one more opportunity was given to fourteen States to supply the requisite information. The fourteen States, which were required to give information were, States of Bihar, Goa, Orissa, Himachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Puducherry, Nagaland, Punjab, Haryana, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, Jammu & Kashmir and Jharkhand.

(3.) Though three months have elapsed since the passing of the Order dated 12th July, 2010, till date, the following nine States have not given the requisite information in Formats 'B' and 'D'. They are as follows:
