JUDGEMENT

(1.) We have heard Mr. Ashok Desai, learned Senior Counsel for the applicant, for some time. Before we hear him further, we would request the Members of the Central Empowered Committee to inspect the area in terms of earlier order dated 27th August, 2010 and submit a report on or before 14th December, 2010.

(2.) List the matter for further hearing on 15th December, 2010 at Sr. No. 1.

(3.) List all other pending applications in W.P. (C) No. 13381 of 1984 in the month of February, 2011.
