JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Gas Authority of India will examine the applications of these applicants and in case it is satisfied that they have complied with all the conditions required for supply of gas, GAIL will supply gas to these applicants. In case there are any difficulties, the Gas Authority of India can make a suitable application before this Court to be placed on 18-10-2000 for appropriate orders.
