JUDGEMENT

(1.) ON 13/12/1999, taking note of the conduct of Shri V.K. Tiwari, we had declined to extend the interim bail granted to him. That order stands.

(2.) ON behalf of Mr. Tiwari, a request for adjournment is made to file an affidavit in response to the affidavit of Shri K.P. Dwivedi Shastri. Four weeks' time, as prayed for, is granted for the purpose.
