JUDGEMENT

(1.) WE have perused the Office Report dated 20/01/2000.

(2.) NO affidavits have been filed on behalf of the States of Manipur, Tripura, Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland and Union Territory of Lakshadweep. Learned counsel appearing for these States and Union Territory pray for one final opportunity to file the necessary affidavits giving complete details. Four weeks' time, as prayed for, is granted for the purpose.

(3.) LIST the main matter after six weeks for directions. The date shall be fixed in consultation with the learned Amicus.
